"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Be grateful for the lessons you are about to learn. Everything that has happened and is going to happen will all make sense for where you eventually are going to be. What you are feeling is a normal reaction of the trauma of "losing someone" dear to you. Never forget who you are, because who you are was complete before you ever knew she existed. Pain like this is natures tough love to make sure you pay attention to the evolution of your consciousness and being. Fvckin sucks for a male sometimes though, Jeeee-zus.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Night-hawk again.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I had a three year relationship in which I was the one who did the dumping... and by the time I did the dumping, I was 150% convinced that we shouldn't be together. You'd think I'd just grab my ball and leave the court happily.

It still took me time to get over it. You get used to having that person around, regardless of whether you are fed up with her by then. No more phone calls, texts, or the routine dinners.

There feels like a void, no matter the situation.

What you need to do is stop analyzing how she feels or how she deals with the situation. That is no longer your problem. Focus on YOU. Who cares if she went from 5 calls a day to 0. That's her problem. Who cares if she now is with someone else... that's his problem.

Your problem and your focus needs to be YOU... and ONLY you.

Thank you all, brothers!

Kailex, I feel exactly like you described. I actually really miss all those long and boring phone conversations and even her annoying little brother.

I started working out and "spinning plates"...haha. I talk to almost every girl I see even if it's to say Hi. I got used to the idea that I don't have to put any efforts in order to have sex or company that I'm really starting everything from 0, as in eliminating approach fear.
