“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Evening guys,

I'm looking for some suggestions for what exercise I can/should be doing while recovering from injuries. From snowboarding I have a fractured wrist and fairly bruised ribs (on opposing sides).

Usually I cycle a lot, do weights 6 times a week and go for the odd run. All of that is currently out of the window, I'm loosing weight and getting bored (I can't do most of my hobbies either).

Any suggestions? At present my wrist can take virtually no weight and any jarring motion (jogging) does my ribs in.

Cheers in advance

Yes, I'm currently in a soft cast as they're more concerned about the ligament damage to my wrist than the small fracture.

Ribs, the doctor was fairly certain they're just bruised. I don't think they are cracked, but the NHS don't x-ray ribs unless you've been in a car crash/are coughing up blood etc

Bite the bullet, and don't work out. Let yourself heal. Trust me, I've been through this, pain exists for a reason. If it hurts, don't do it. Let your body be your guide.

I would just eat healthy if I were you. Cut out all carbs while you're down, and eat tons of fruits/vegetables and moderate protein. Cleans your body in essence, while you have the time to do it.

Cheers for the information guys, learning new things it is; albeit while looking wistfully at my under used motorcycle!

Don't do any exercise until you will feel much better. I know you wish but don't :). You can end up even more injured. However, if you want to do something basic and very easy, you should talk to physiotherapist. He/she can suggest you what to do.
