“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm taking a multi vitamin that has at least 100% in almost everything it gives you.

I looked up vitamin d. It has 250% in the multivitamin, but i also take a vitamin d/calcium (50% each), and it's still safe.

Is there anything to worry about? I'm still gonna eat veggies so I'm wondering if I'll get too much.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Too many vitamins can be a bad thing. But those are just suggested daily values. If you're a big guy you can handle more, if you're small, less.

Assuming you eat red meat there's no need for your multivitamin to contain iron, especially 100% of the DV. Iron can act as a great oxidant.

Problems with your multivitamin:

- the zinc, magnesium, copper etc. are all in oxide forms that don't absorb for crap
- the vitamin E is the cheap dl- form which doesn't work as well as just the d- form
- the B vitamins are low considering how cheaply they can be made

If you want details on a better choice just PM me.

You should eat as many fibrous and colourful vegetables, and some fruit, as you can. Don't rely on a multivitamin.

I'm not sure if B vitamins matter so much. All I do is p1ss neon yellow if i take a vitamin high in the B vitamins. If you eat eggs and meat you're probably getting plenty of Bs.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I never eat any red meat. So what's wrong with the iron?

Thanks for detailing the problems.

You're getting 150% of your DV of iron from supplements, which is probably the most easily absorbed form of iron. Ontop of that you have the iron from the other food you're eating during the day. You simply don't need that much iron. You realise you're taking a multivitamin for women which is higher in iron because of that thing that happens to them every month where they bleed from a hole?

Don't worry about overdosing on Vitamin D with that multi. Worry about not getting enough magnesium and selenium from it.

Multivitamins tend to be fine, but I avoid supplementing anything fat soluable, especially Vitamin D. I took a Vit. D supplement one night before the gym and almost fainted on the way there (no joke).

Yea because I thought I would need the iron.
