"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

So, I havn't talked to my ex since october, I literally had a nervous breakdown after findinng her making otu with another man. Long story short, I recovered but it wasn't easy. Now, I feel I am in a better place mentally and physically since the incident.

Here where your advice comes in.

She called me out of the blue a 2 night ago,she is leaving for South America for a year next friday, adn she wants to meet up with em and talk before she leaves. I was slightly taken aback as I never expected any communication between us since my breakdown. I already agreed to meet with her on Wedsday. But i'm feelign a bit nervous and i don't klnow how to read the situation. mybe she just wants to clear the air before leaves...I don't know...
should i meet up with her? should i talk abotu what she di ot me? should i let her do talking. Should I treat it like nothing ever happend?

what do you guys think?

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

From my experience, after 6-9 months or so, forgiveness takes a huge load off my back. I was sick of waking up pissed off every morning thinking about what my ex did to me. So I finally answered her calls and talked as human beings, friendly like, and I felt a lot better inside from it. I always try to keep my ex's as friends AFTER enough time has passed. I just realize, that everyone's human, and everyone screws up and everyone has bad qualities. Lifes too short to keep hatred inside. Besides, sometimes you can make some permanent FB's from being friends with ex's, as long as you are in a place to NEVER get attached, which I always am after 8 months. Of course, I've gotten myself in trouble doing this as well.

Also, this is the best revenge. If you "kill her with kindness," she will realize how bad she fvcked up, and it will haunt her, and she will kiss your ass forever.

I say go for it. If you need to scream at her for a while to let it out, do it. Then, calm down and talk like adults.

Just don't get it into your head that you "might" work things out and get back together. Those thoughts are poison.

Closure good. Continuation bad.

First of all who dumped who?

If she dumped you for this other guy, then my advise is just forget about this girl and move on since her getting back to you would only open up old wounds.

I take it that you caught her cheating. If that is the case, then you are dealing with damaged goods. She will draw you in emotionally just when you are about to get over her then stab you in the back again. Women like these are toxic and extremely dangerous. STAY AWAY. Dont answer her calls or make any contact with her. find someone else.

On the other hand if you did the dumping, then really her being with another guy was just a product of her trying to deal with rejection and maybe she realizes that she wants to be with you and is trying to make amends.

You have to be a little more specific in terms of the break up because it says alot about the post relationship dynamics.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
