"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Note: Drugs are bad! My experiment with them here has been purely in the name of science(and fun :D, but they're still bad! )

Anyone who's ever had a good dose of speed knows that the drug makes you feel like a god. The confidence that comes from a speed high is the ultimate. (No! This doesn't mean you should run off and ask your mom for Speed money. Speed rots your bones, messes up your head and screws your life.)

I've always believed that with enough confidence you can get any woman. Regardless of how you approach her, what you say(or don't say), her marital status, your looks, or any other variable at play.

Well a lot of friends wouldn't agree with me. So a couple of days ago me and the boys decided to experiment. What did we do? We went on a speed trip.

If you haven’t taken speed let me tell you what it's like. You feel absolutely invincible. You're the man. You're a god, end of story! You can talk to the most beautiful women and not flinch. You can lock eyes with them and not be in the least intimidated.

Now once again, the damage speed does to your body and mind is not worth it. Trust me on this one.

So we took our "medicine" and went out looking for a good time. There were 5 of us and between us we tried over 100 women in one night!

The result? We had 5 rejections. Yours truly had none. *Takes a small bow*

-65% would have gone home with us that very night
-30% wouldn't but would give us their numbers
-less than 5% rejected us. (Maybe they were lesbians, we don't know!)

Now here's the really interesting part! before we set out we decided not to use any learnt "strategies" on the women. In fact we decided to only say whatever came to us in the heat of the moment. Which is basically dribble.

Here's the conclusion peoples; When you are absolutely confident of yourself, you can dribble sh*t and women would still like you.

Isn't that what is constantly being spat out by the jerk anyway? A guy that's been beefed up to high heavens with brains the size of a pea could hardly hold an interesting conversation with anyone and yet he's the one with all the girls. Well gee, I wonder why?!

Now my aim here is not to discredit people who have worked over the years to build themselves a system.. uhh hell actually it is. That's exactly what my aim is. Forget pick up lines and tricks you think will help you succeed with women. It all comes down to confidence. Everything does stand or fall with this folks. I now have solid proof for myself.

Now, that brings us to the question of confidence again. There has been an infinite number of threads addressing this issue and they've all had something to offer but at the end of the day there's no magic formula(or is there?). As far as my own experience goes I only know of a few methods of boosting your confidence and at the risk of sounding repetitive I am going to go over them again. I've built up myself from an abnormally shy guy to a very confident one, so I can tell you that this comes with work and persistence only.

The methods are mental and physical. Or rather mental and chemical. Lets start with the chemical one first. Testosterone is your body's natural Speed. It's not as strong as Speed and nor would you want it to be. That kind of confidence is just not natural. There is something unsettling about feeling you can take on an oncoming truck that I think nature knew about when it was designing our testosterone production mechanism. The best method of increasing Testosterone is through heavy exercise and eating the foods that are known to produce the chemical. A list of the latter, I believe, can be found on this site somewhere. Good luck trying to dig it up though, cuz I sure as sh*t don't know where it is!

I know of two good mental methods. The first one has been preached by psychologists since Freud’s days. And I think just about everyone who hears about it doesn't take it as seriously as they should because they are, sadly, unaware of our underlying psychological mechanisms and the extend to which this method effects them. This is of course setting goals and then working to achieve them. Now when we talk about goals, people think about the future. But future goals are only part of the deal. Suppose you have an assignment you need to do (work or school), or just want to get a task done that's just a little bit challenging. Break it up into bits and then give yourself a pat on the back every time you finish a section of it. Doesn't feel like much but trust me; a simple acknowledgment of a small daily success sends a thousand neurons firing in the deepest parts of your mind. Very subtle chemical changes take place that over time add up and send you off on your merry way to becoming the next Don Juan.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Future goals are very important too. Big goals and dreams give us a sense of purpose and worthiness. Great dreams boost men’s self esteem and confidence. Just ask your psychologist. Maybe you want to be an entrepreneur, or a best selling author. Whatever your dream, follow it. And know that there lies within, all the powers you need to realize your dreams. Just trust and believe in yourself and doors will starts opening FOR you instead of you having to open them for yourself. There is nothing real in this world except thoughts. You want to become a millionaire? Start first with imagining yourself as one. If you change your thoughts, you change your reality. Which brings me to the next method. One which like the previous is, in it's simplicity, neglected by most people. The power of visualization.

I watched a movie/documentary a while ago called 'Waking Life'. A philosophical film which I strongly recommend. A young person in one part of the film was talking about the nature of dreams and the workings of our minds. I'll quote him.

"You know, they say that dreams are real only as long as they last, but couldn't you say the same thing about life? See, there's a lot of us that are out there mapping the mind-body relationships of dreams, we're called "oneironauts" (Pronounced 'yo nai ro naats') We're the explorers of the dream world. Really, it's just about the two opposing states of consciousness which don't really oppose at all. See, in the waking world, the neural system inhibits the activation of the vividness of memories. And this makes evolutionary sense. You'd be maladapted for the perceptual image of a predator if you mistook it for the memory of one, and vice-versa. If the memory of a predator conjured up a perceptual image, we would be running off to hide every time we had a scary thought. So you have these serotonic neurons that inhibit hallucinations and they themselves are inhibited during sleep. See, this allows dreams to appear real, while preventing competition from other perceptual processes. This is why dreams are mistaken for reality. To the functional system of neural activity that creates our world, there is no difference between dreaming a perception and action, and actually the waking perception and action."

This is one of the most important paragraphs you’ll ever read in your life. If you didn't fully understand it read it again. Read it a few times till you fully realize what it's talking about!

You see, when you vividly imagine something, your brain cannot tell the difference between IT and a real life experience you've had. As far as it's concerned both are equally real. Of course you would have to repeat your visualized action a few times to completely convince your brain but the effect is the same. This is a fact and one that has been proved by science.

More and more athletes, salesmen, corporate executives, soldiers, artists, public speakers and people in countless other walks of life are beginning to use this method more and more. And the results are tremendous.

You don't have to set aside whole hours of the day for it either. Just spend 10 minutes in bed every night before you fall asleep, to imagine yourself in situations where you would normally feel anxious. At first even pretending to be in those situations makes you anxious. Because again, your brain can't tell whether what you're imagining is real or not. Don't confuse this with what your conscious mind knows. Your conscious mind is fully aware of the fact that you're imagining it but your subconscious mind(which is where all our insecurities originate from anyway) is clueless.

Imagine yourself acting with absolute confidence in these situations. Hold conversations in your head with intimidatingly beautiful women and look them straight in the eye. See yourself as the master. Be in control! You see, getting imaginary experience is just as productive and useful as "real" experience because as far as your brain is concerned there's no difference between the two. Starting to realize just how powerful this can be?
And don't worry, despite making you feel weird and a little crazy(at first) this method is completely sane. This is a ritual engaged in by politicians and movie stars alike on a daily basis. And for good reasons too. It gets results. But not over night! Rome wasn't built in a day. It was built in a century actually but hopefully the results of your newly found source of confidence won't take that long to come in. But remember though, when you're practicing visualization, engage your every sense. Feel being there. Notice smells and textures and fully involve all five senses. This will help fool your brain much faster.

Now the last thing I wanna write down is the opposite of the previous method. See the last one was writing data to your brain. Data that will be taken and simulated as real experience. Now it would also be useful if you had a way of erasing old memories. I can't remember whom I learned this from but it's a highly effective method that gets immediate results. This method involves recording new memories on top of old ones. It's like getting a vinyl and scratching its surface, or rather like recording over an old tape. Then it becomes very hard or even impossible to read the old data again. Except you're doing it to your brain. Scary? Not really. It's a very simple(as all powerful tools are) and silly method but highly and I mean HIGHLY effective.

Here it goes. Think of a situation that's a big sore-spot in your memory. A situation where you were highly embarrassed or one that makes you feel uncomfortable to think about. Maybe you were slapped by a girl in public or something.

Now imagine that situation as a film strip and then start to edit it. Say a girl slapped you in a restaurant. First picture her in her underwear or something. Then change her hair. Maybe give her a real puffed up afro hair. Now make the hair all colourful. Like the hair Homer stuck on George Bush in the Simpsons(hehe Homer funny :D). Then maybe you wanna give her a clown nose or something. And then imagine the waiters as clowns dancing around tables. And then imagine the actual act of her slapping you, as the girl hitting you in the head with a huge frying pan and you falling down and then getting up again. And then have everyone(including you) laugh their heads off. Or maybe you want to be the one hitting her this time. The idea here, is to change the experience and diffuse the tension. And guess what?! The newly imagined scenes are being written over the same location as the old ones. The very same neurons in your brain are being effected!!! Play the new film strip a few times in your head and you can literally feel the discomfort going away.

Ok this post is starting to get bloody long so I leave you with the following words.

"Deep within man dwell those slumbering powers. Power that would astonish him. Powers that he would never dream of possessing. Forces that would revolutionize his life if aroused and put into action."

nice...now i want some speed.

and you're 100% right on that visualization tip. I use it for sports before a game, for both rugby and soccer, like i imagine myself plowing through people to score the winning try and kicking the winning penalty shot...i find my level of play has gone up a notch since i started visualization before a game. It was actually my coach who reccomended it to me. Never thought about applying it to women though, good tip.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

i am in total agreeance with that 100 percent. you are not what you think you are, but what you think, you are.

what you repeatedly say to yourself inside your head, your thoughts, have a direct influence on how you feel on the outside, wether it is fact or not. and it could not be any other way

You're right. But what I wrote is not in contradiction with what you say at all. Of course your thoughts determine who you are, how you feel and act. But your thoughts are not static and permanent. They are fluent and dynamic. They can be changed at will. What are passed experiences but recorded thoughts and feeling? Human beings are a total sum of their experiences. It is always our past that determines our future. Change something in your past(your memory of the past) and you are guaranteed to change your future.
