Most of you here aren't progressing NEARLY as much as you would if you had a goal. If you had a guide. If you had a purpose. If you had instructions.
Well, time is up and you will no longer waste your life. You will no longer let 'that guy' get your girls. The time is now and you will regain what is rightfully yours. Success with yourself. Success with girls.
Make a Seduction Journal!
It is like an 'Approach' Journal, except it is more than that. It is an Approach Journal and Bootcamp Journal. It is a Seduction Journal!
Anything related to Seduction and Your Progress in Seduction can be posted.
Warning: Anything that is not Seduction related will cause your Thread to be seriously tampered with. (i.e. Closed)
Title
Create a clever little title that you find suites you. (Ex. Contending Life:...)
Introduction First Post
This should be on your first Post. It should tell us a little something about you.
Keep this VERY SHORT! People will get to know you better as you progress. Again keep this SHORT. See the Warning above for reasons why.
Introduction At Beginning of each New Post
Put the day and the date. Example:

In your Journal you will write:
DJ Bible Articles - What articles you read and how you are using it to improve.
Bootcamp Progress - I can understand that the reason many of you don't do BC is because it may seem rigorous. Here you can do the BC at your own pace and make sure you report your progress everyday.
Field Reports - Trust me, you will have many of these.
New Techniques - You learn much faster being in the field and experiencing new things. Thus, you will stumble upon your own techniques. Feel free to share and discuss.
New Routines - See Techniques. Slight difference tho.
Questions - The Crowd Favorite.
And anything else you find appropriate, that relates to Your Seduction Progress!
It is much easier to reach success by studying the DJ Bible a little bit each day and using that as your guide. You can also do the DJ Bootcamp and do it at your own pace if you feel uncomfortable.
Whatever you do, Write down your Progress!
How often do you update your Personal Journal?
You should be updating it Everyday! Even if you didn't achieve ANYTHING. Write that down.
If you begin to see in writing, how many days you spent (in a row) wasting life away, you will have a stronger desire, passion and motivation to reach your goal of Don Juan.
Why should you make a Journal?
I've found that around week two or 14 days, the people who do Journals have already improved drastically. And that is just in 2 WEEKS!
It will keep you organized with you seduction studies and I have found that by making a Journal, you reach your goals much faster than otherwise.
