"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

My friend (female) was challenging everything I know about women, when she posed me this situation....

Say you're on a first date, and at the end of the meal, you pull out your wallet when the girl stops you and insists on paying. What are you suppossed to do?

a. tell her to put her purse away because chivalry is alive and well
b. compromise by going dutch and splitting the bill
c. tell her she can cover tip while you handle the bill
d. let her do it without putting up a fight

Thought about it? Ok, well let's cut to the chase: the answer is e. pretend to put up a fight, but upon her insisting, find a compromise by telling her you'll just cover the two of you next time you both dine out.

This is a trick girls use, and thinking back on my dating history, I never thought about it: girls insist on paying for a first date because they want you to offer to pay for the next to ensure a second date.

Here's another little tidbit:

Guys often complain about girls giving them bad advice. The reason for that is you're probably being a whiny, little b'itch. Girls don't look to solve your problems, they look to make you feel better; it's just in their nature.

You let a girl know you don't take **** from people, and she'll start being up-front with you. And from there, you'll start getting some good advice. Learn to beat her at her own game too. So she complains about how she "just wants a nice guy." Respond by asking why she'd settle for being bored.

When girls know your head is in the game, they'll respect you for it and be real with you. And they have some really sweet advice, especially if it involves their friends.

Take care, y'all.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

i dunno, i dont think girls give bad advice because they wanna be nice, i think girls don't even know how they work. they tell u **** like 'be sweet' and all this other AFC stuff

the first thing about 'em paying.. that might be the case in some situations but i doubt that happens often. some girls offer to pay simply because it's polite

Wholy Crap someone here before 2001... What are the odds? I remember you posting when i was just but a wee lad.

Anyway - i usually go dutch on a first date but you do bring up a good point. It depends on how confident you are with going on a second date. If I KNOW (which frequently happens because i attract crazy girls) that i won't be ggoing on a second date then i'm not gonna get her to pay for all of it just out of respect.

As for asking advice from women - it depends on the woman. I would ask wyldfire or penkitten or a few other female friends for advice at the drop of a hat however i have female friends that I would run away from in a similar situation.
It all depends on the relationship you have with the woman and how realistic she is.
