On could think that a guys like him had learnt the game long time ago, but there is loads of clueless guys like him out there. They might get laid a lot, but they still not get it. I have found that comparing celebrities and their dating efforts to those of non-celebs doesn't make a lot of sense.
Yes, Brad Pitt is 58. Compared to most 58 year old men, he's a catch. He might be temporarily going MGTOW monk mode. Also, most 58 year old men are not as sex driven as they were at 28 or even 38.
Some 58 year old single men might even look to settle down with a woman close to his own age. Doing that at 58 is more understandable than earlier in life. When you're 58, you're concerned about growing old alone.

I understand that people tend to gravitate, roughly, to people of reasonably similar status for one reason or another, but he could probably setup with some cracking 8/10, 9/10 more 'normal' women.
