"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Wanted to get you guys' opinion on this. Ephedra for the most part is still banned in the US but I've found countless of sites that offer it offshore.

I took Hydroxycut but when it first came out with the ephedra in it and I got results from it. Of course I continued to workout and diet as usual but it streamlined weight loss results.

I heard some horror stories about ephedra, mostly from fat people or people talking about the baseball player that died from it BECAUSE HE OVERDOSED ON IT (can't you die from ANY medication or supplement if you overdose on it??)

What do you guys think about doing this? I followed the instructions back in the day and I had no problems with it at all.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

L-Carnitine. Is that still legal in the US? It helps to metabolize fats.

You can OD on WATER if you drink too much of it.... its called water intoxication/toxicity... so yes people saying something is dangerous just because some idiot died from it is dumb... anything can kill you sufficient dosages.

I've tried ephedra back in the day. Its a great energy supplement and good for fat burning, but like any other amphetamine-class agent my body built up tolerance to it pretty quick. I got to the point where i could take 50-60+ mg/day w/o significant issues.

If you're looking for something that, in my opinion is more effective than ephedrine, check out clenbuterol... Please note: Clenbuterol is a dangerous substance for your average idiot who doesn't use caution. It will phuck you at the sub-mg dose level... I only use around 60-80 mcg tops! I'm telling you this because I don't want you to end up in an ER w/ an SVT, having to be a metoprolol drip, or requiring cardioversion... If you have strong clen, you'll get weird ass muscle cramps. This can be alleviated by supplementing w/ taurine.

As for the benefits of clenbuterol, there are many... I love the strength benefits as well how quickly good clen can cut you up. Its a classic beta-2 adrenergic agonist... so you'll have a lot of energy, your heart will be beating hard, etc etc... If you do decide to take the plunge know how to use the stuff properly!

Just my 2 cents.

If you're anywhere near Mexico you can get it there. I found some in Tijuana since it's legal there.

It's quite a bummer that it was banned here just b/c people were using it very irresponsibly. Playing intense sports out in 100* heat is dangerous whether you're taking anything or not. Some of the athletes who died reportedly took up to 8 capsules of ephedra which is really too much for anyone to take all at once.
