No ephedra has always been available as psuedoephedrine in medicine and continues to be available for asthma relief. this is a really olllllddd thread. recently the supreme court has decided that the ephedra ban was unconstitutional (though i really should read the opinion before i say any more than that.) so its not legal yet but it may be Back on shelves soon

The only things containing ephedra banned are those that have it in high dosages. Smalled dosages (in the double digits of MG's) are allowed.
Ephedrine, however, is still legal
