There are 2 distinct groups here.

Group 1 is doing things differently. There's still too much masking in grocery stores and malls to use those venues usefully, even in areas with less restrictions. Motivated members of Group 1 are approaching women outdoors in parks, on walking paths, at the beach (where applicable), and on hiking paths (where applicable).
