Hey guys, I recently posted about a breakup i went through.

Now I'm at the point where we have cut off contact with each other, no phone talking in over a week and so on. But the problem is that i find myself checking her myspace page or just seeing if she is online for no reason. I worry about her when she isn't home. I wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep. I wake up early and do whatever i can to stay busy but it doesn't seem to help. I keep dwelling and obsessing over her.

My "oneitis" is raging hardcore. AFC behavior is coming to the surface.

She moved right down the street from me into an apartment and i find myself driving by to "just see". Not that I'm a stalker or anything but thats just an example of my stupid behavior as of late.

I am going out, and i have met new people. But all that only lasts until 1-2 in the morning then my mind is back to her.

I keep holding onto that small morsel of hope that we will get back together. Yet I know that it has faded into almost nothing, and i still hold on. She treated me like an idiot for while, and now im sitting here thinking i am an idiot because I love her so much.

How do i stop obsessing?? I have to do something this isn't healthy. Should i delete her myspace and messenger accounts?

Thanks ahead for input.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
