Not sure if this is posted in the right forum so feel free to move if its not..
I visited the U.S a few years ago travelling and have always had my heart set on living there one day. However, it seems nigh on impossible unless your in a very good proffesion which i am not.

I was wondering if anyone had any tips/advice for people from the UK? If not i guess its other places in Europe or Australia.

I have 2 friends that emigrated to the US. Both of them got jobs for international companies in the UK then moved out there via the company.
