"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

YOU MUST ELIMINATE YOUR FEARS. If you're afraid, here's the thing to remember:

In today's world, most everyone feels more isolated than they'd like to be. People as a whole are craving human interaction more than they ever have. People want especially to talk about themselves, and if you're willing to listen, people will LOVE you, and seek out your company. Guaranteed.

Put yourself in the position of others for a moment. If you were working as the cashier at a grocery store eight hours a day, wouldn't you be GLAD to have someone to chat with for a minute? TRUST ME. Girls love to chat and will hardly ever brush you off if you start a conversation naturally and charismatically.

That being said, you have to release any fears you have of failure right now. Regardless of any claims to the contrary, nobody is successful all the time. Nobody. This is a game, remember? A game is no fun if the player wins every time. There are no invincible techniques or tips that will always work. Just learn from your mistakes, adjust, and come back stronger. Eventually you may become the best game-player out there. But it's still a game, and there's still the potential to lose.

Remember Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade? "You lost today, kid, but that doesn't mean you have to like it."

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

hmm..

The price you pay for losing is a lower self esteem and a bashed ego and sometimes for some people thats too high of a cost especially becuase it seems so risky and not gauranteed.

Its a game, and those with an infinte or a large amonut of self esteem can play this game much easier.

Hmmm I kinda disagree, the price you pay for losing can be lower self esteem and a bashed ego but only if they are looking at it in the wrong way. I used to be very much this way, then I had a look at it and thought hold on what did I do wrong in order to get rejected and then how can I change it so I dont do it again. I am not saying that when I get rejected it doesnt hurt a little (of course it does no one likes being rejected for who they are) but I am saying it doesnt hurt my self esteem or my ego, I just look at the interaction and learn from it. If your entire self esteem is based on the out come of an interaction with a HB then you have bigger issues then meeting women, buy David D's Deep inner game, or read some NLP books.

Yes I totally agree it is a game, a mate of mine was down about this HB he was after and she was playing him, I sat him down and said dude if I was against you in Burnout 3 (xbox) and I beat you would you be this upset? he goes no man I would just find some other people I could practice against and come back and play better then you. The same thing with chicks. If they play you or reject you then you have to practice at the game a little more that is all.
Good Luck
