I'm not sure if it's the right word I'm using but it seems like this.
My right elbow recently has been "surging" itself lately. It's been doing this all day today, what's wrong?

Ever since squatting heavy I've gained a problem where right elbow hurts. Now it don't hurt but it spasms itself alot. Is it possible from all the writing (alot! over 2k pages written) and helping [chores] that's I've been doing?
