sex and masturbation DO NOT produce the same effects... at least for me, they don't.

1) when i have sex, i don't feel tired if i do it once. if i do it more than twice consecutively, i like to lie in bed for half an hour. when i masturbate, i'm never tired, actually i become overactive.

5) after sex, i experience no difference. after masturbation, i usually find it much easier to concentrate, since before jerkin off i couldn't help but thinking about that...

Even when I don't ejaculate and sleep with a "pitched Tent", in the morning I feel as if I only slept for 4 hrs as oppose to 8.

Anyone seen the movie Raging Bull with De Niro?! his girlfriend turned him on in bed but he didn't want to fvck her because he was training for a fight and it would ruin his regime. So he went to the bathroom filled a pitcher full of cold water and poured it down on "it".

Maybe it something I should be doing but it won't be pleasent!! lol
