Any advice how to use it? Can you get a stroke from it? Did anyone used it?

I used to take it in the early 2000’s it works. My advice is find out your tolerance and work your way up. It will raise your blood pressure but if you have a healthy blood pressure right now I would say there is almost no risk unless you go over the recommended dosages
