hey i got a interview with ebay-kelly services set me up with the interview, what kind of questions do they ask, and how can you answer them in the best possible way. anyone here been or done the interview with ebay setted up though kelly services. what kind of questions do they ask, and how do you answer them. please feel free to give advice . i need the job

tell me an example of a difficult cutomer , how did you deal with it?
--how would you answer it

what is your definition of exceptional customer serivce?

give me a example where you provided excellent customer service and what did you do

also what else quesitons would they ask and how would you answer them to the best of your ability. any suggestions and advice would be good

Be able to rattle off your 3 greatest strengths and weaknesses. The "right" answers all relate to you working too hard.

The best answers in this scenario would probably involve listening to the customer, resolving the problem, and good followup, if needed. Remember that the best resolutions strike a balance between helping the customer and protecting the company's interests.
Someone that comes across as a pushover that gives away too many freebies in recompense is just as undesirable as someone who can't or won't use a bit of smarts and analyze and solve the issue in a friendly way.
