"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

4-6 slices of whole wheat bread, untoasted.

I picked this tip up in an interview with former ufc heavyweight champion Bas Rutten. He said he ate 6 slices of whole wheat bread before his training sessions, so I tried it. I didn't eat the crusts though, they are too filling and I head they have less nutrition since heat denatures proteins (and the crusts absorb the most heat). Thats also the reason why you don't toast it either. I'm not 100% sure on this though. Anyways, ever since I tried this, my workouts have improved. Less time between sets. My workouts go strong even near the end of my workouts. Usually at the end of my workouts, I feel really fatigued and its hard to get good failure (about an hour into my session). Now, even when my muscels are worn down to when im lifting only a fraction of what I usually lift, I still have enough energy so that failure only comes when my muscles give up, not my body.

Try it! Just use normal 100% whole wheat bread without the crusts. They are easy to consume, even when your full. I eat em during classes.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

are we eating bread for the protein?

low gi carbs are always a good idea preworkout. personally I engorge my sizeable belly with oats. :D

also I find red meat and eggs (along with the carbs) before a workout gives me more of an aggressive edge - your mileage may vary of course.

Don't you guys get bloated and have less than effective workouts if you eat first since your body can not digest the food because it's using all of it's resources for the workout?

You guys can actually digest that stuff in only an hour or so? Are you sure?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

If you're going with bread for large amounts of protein, have fun with that one.

Eating complex carbs a few hours before your workouts will increase your stamina because your body has more carbohydrates to use as fuel, which delays the fatigue until you run out of carbohydrates. Then you become fatigued. Bread isn't the only thing, bud.

K, i guess i should've mentioed more details:

Don't eat whole wheat bread as your main source of protien, but you can some alittle protien out of it.

Don't just eat bread before a workout, eat a full balanced meal. I eat my 4-6 slices after i eat my regular meal

As long as your eat an hour before you workout, you should'nt get bloated.

I cant, which is why I only eat 2/2.5 hours before my workout, it differs from person to person.

I'm the same way. I usually wait about four hours. Occasionally I feel hungry like when I have a race first thing in the morning but the hunger pains go away about 10 minutes into the race. Afterward I'm ready to eat and the body more readily assimilates nutrition shortly after a good workout.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

h:confused: Eating whole wheat bread is almost exactly the same as eating table sugar. You can achieve the same result by drinking soda right before a workout, doesn't mean it's a good idea.

If you're doing a hard weights workout, a full (bloated) belly will provide a counterweight, which is handy. I can't imagine squatting on an empty stomach, nor do I advise anyone to.

I think its not the same cuz sugar and soda's and simple carbohydrates. Wheat bread is a complex carbohydrate. Its the simple carbohydrates that'll mess you up.

You have to understand that any carb eventually breaks down into simple sugars. We're just looking at how quickly this happens, any kind of bread has a high glycemic index. Once again, you're talking about eating plain sugar.

Well, in not a nutrition expert, but i doubt i'll have the same performance if i eat sugar and soda for carbs instead of whole wheat bread in my preworkout meal.

If they all end up the same, why do people reccomend eating whole wheat bread instead sugar? Anyone know the science behind this if they do really end up the same???

All i know is that whole wheat bread makes me feel good during my workout.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

once a carb is broken down into its base sugars then yes, it doesn't matter whether the source of glucose was sugar or bread, for purposes of glycogen replenishment etc once a carb is broken it's broken down.

however the type of carb does affect blood sugar, digestion time, assimilaton time, insulin response and probably other factors that I don't know (or care to know) about.

don't go with science, try it for yourself. try different sort of carbs before a workout and find where you get the best perfomance from. your individual needs and type of workout will determine the type of carb you need:

I eat a large meal of oats (sometimes rice) and red meat 1.5 hours before a workout, have a protein drink directly before the workout (in the changing room), and sip on gatorade during. but then again my squat warmups take about 45 mins.

Umm, if you are actually somewhat fit, wouldn't you use your strenth when squatting? Isn't using any type of counterweight cheating yourself?

It's not important how they end up, what's important is the path which is taken for it to get there. Whole grain bread is better than wheat bread, wheat bread is better than white bread. Glutin free bread is better than all of them. It's all about how they are assimilated. The way that you work out also plays into what you should eat and when to get the most out of the nutrition.

actually counterweight was the wrong word to use, I meant more in the sense that you have weight behind you for purposes of leverage.

and it really depends on the types of weight you're squatting. once you pass the 300lb mark you'll appreciate all the leverage (plus joint protection) that you can get.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
