but i really don't know the BEST foods to eat while losing weight....

I have big bones but somehow i'm managing to decrease in weight my frame is big and muscular so i'm trying to cut till i'm looking incredibly great..

What are the best foods to eat when cutting.

in the morning?

during lunch?

and at dinner time?


the foods have to not effect the weight loss and help the cutting..
oh and what's an alternative gym machine to use besides the bench to geat a great chest?

If you want to lose weight, eat much the same as you would normally (provided that's sensible in itself) and just cut out carbs in the evening, don't mix fat and carbs as much as you can help it and do your cardio. There's no miracle food and no food that need be excluded either - I'm assuming you don't eat stuff like white bread mind you.

A great chest? That thing. *points to squat rack*
