Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

I'm 19, i'm a *really* lanky/skinny/puny guy. My wrists look like those of a 12 year old girl, i have basically no biceps, etc.

I've always been told that the reason most people don't have a six-pack is not for lack of muscle, but because they have a high bodyfat percentage. I've always assumed that this was the case for me as well, even though I'm skinny. But sitting here thinking about it I'm deciding that probably the reason I don't have a six pack is not because of a fat layer, but simply because I have no muscle there.

I say this because I assume my fat % is extremely low. I know it used to get rediculously low during cross-country season in high school (low diet, running 8+ miles a day) but I never saw a six pack. And when I pinch my stomach, I *can* feel fat there, but it's only like a quarter inch of it or something, ie. mostly skin. I can't imagine that these six-pack guys pinch themselves and it just feels like nothing... or is that the way it is?

So my question is this: What is the easiest way to build chest muscle? Is it just lots of crunches? And if so, how should I do them? I have access to a mini-gym in my dorm, with an inclined bench and stuff.

I'm really not interested in doing this if it's going to take much effort. I've never been big on working out, as you could tell from taking one glance at my pathetic muscles. Girls don't seem to mind, but the other day I had this one girl over and she was looking at this Justin Timberlake picture - she commented on his eight-pack, and I was like "yeah... that's what I have..." just joking, and she was like REALLY??? so i guess it's a turn on for some of them. So if I can do something for 10 minutes a day that will result in a six-pack then why not.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Train your abs once a week. It takes maybe half an hour. Forget all that **** on TV that tells you to train every day to get a six-pack, that will not give you any muscle to do many crunches. If you want your abs to grow then train heavy. Your muscles should temporarly fail after you have repeted the exercise 4-8 times, yeah, it sounds crazy but you'll get more muscle that way than doing 100 crunches. Rest for three minutes and do the exercise again 4-8 times, then rest three more minutes, etc... repeat this cycle 4-6 times. Remember to stretch your muscles after training. Simple as that.

Search for different sorts of exercises to build abs on the internet. You are sure to find some that suits you well.

Also, check this site out for some useful info:

Good Luck!

Listen to Mercenary here. You can't get something for nothing. You want the product, you're gonna have to put in the work. So you've never been big on working out - well, it's not too late to start.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
