Dumped my ass but still in contact

Me and my ex recently broke up, actually she is the one who ended it. Reason according to her was that I didnt treat her right. She often called me a jerk/******* and that I took her for granted. This is all b.s. as she turned out to be a serious attention ho. Anyhow, back to the point, being stupid, I tried to keep us together, looking like a fool. Eventually I called her up and just said "hey, I dont want to go out on bad terms, lets stay friends and good luck". Strangely she calls me up the same day at night asking me how my new job is. I thought that was strange.

I text her the other day asking about her dog and she calls back rather than text. The other day she called me as well. Now I have called her as well but just to say hi and ask bout things, I have not tried to get back or anything.

During our relationship, we broke up literally 5-6 times and she crawled back every time.

My question, why is she still calling me and staying in contact. Does she want back in? I would assume if she really wanted out she would not answer her texts or at a minimum text back instead of calling.

Whats the deal? Maybe you are asking why do I care, I dunno I just am curious lol.

What the fvck is so strange about that? you were not 2 steps shy of commiting suicide after she dumped you like most of the other boneheads shes dumped were, in fact you took it very well and put a positive spin on it by wanting happiness and friendship for the b!tch.

Of course shes going to call you up , she saw a glimmer more challenge in you she may be able to milk.

Once you bite she wins and your history again.

Thr is the answer, she is a "bad ass attention ho". Dats the reason why she still calls u up and stays in contact juss so she doesn't loose ur attention completely. Nah!... she juss wants ur attention, not the relationship. And probably if you fall in her trick and proposes to patch up, she will reject you like hell!.

This is basically what I was suspecting. In the past she has been the one to crawl back but this time she is just staying int ouch but not outright saying I want you back...so must be that she is just messing with me.

Ok, next question. How do I turn it around and mess with here? Maybe next time she calls, say sorry i am at lunch or movie with another girl?

with this being said, she is trying to harrass you and secretly not allowing you to see who she is on caller id so she can trick you into answering. she also doesnt want you to call her back.

Its funny though, right now while I was on the other line with a friend, I got another call, guess who, the ex. She goes "did you just call me, i saw a private call, thought it was you". Lol, I said no I didnt call and I was on the other line.

Its funny how you point out that you haven't said anything to her about getting back together but you keep answering her phone calls, then wondering why she's calling, then asking how you can get back at her. i would turn her into a friends with benefits deal. i have a couple of exs like that. One was drama filled like your example. Now that there are no ties, she loves to come over for a quickie about once a month. Rarely have to talk to her. She doesnt care what i do. Shes so screwed up she cant keep a man so she comes to me for sex to make her feel better.

She even said our relationship is better now. No arguing, we get along.

This is only if you can pay the price of putting up with her though. Nothing in life is free, including punanni. You only have to pay a lil attention when she comes around.

You could change you number, let all your friends know about the change, never talk to her again and score a real woman with the time you're saving by ignoring her!
