"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yo what up DJ soldiers,

I'm a junior in an ivy college, been in a relationship since freshmen year and have been mackin in the summers. I now have all my boys in a house, we love to go out and pick up ho's and I'm feelin it's time to end my long term relationship.

I've cheated on her about 8 times all in the summer when we've been apart. I layed it down to her this past Saturday that I wanted to break up, move on and let it go. She cried/tried to make me feel bad for a good 2 hours and I was determined to stay strong and just let it go. Then she pulled out the "I have no friends, you're the only reason I still go here" lines and it hit me deep.

It's partially true, she really has very few friends and I wouldn't even call them good friends. She pretty much has lived in my dorm room for two years. She kinda has some issues too you know...like I'm worried she's going to hurt herself or maybe hurt me. Shes that type of girl bro's. Does anyone have any experience dealing with this sh1t?

Now we're in this awkward stage where she is being overly attached and I'm ignoring her. I need your advice don juan's...

This is my plan of action that I came up with and I'm wondering what you guys think or if you have a better game plan:

Talk to her on a weeknight in HER dormroom. Tell her I'm not happy, feel forced to stay in this relationship and wish the best pretty much. Have her good friend on a standby on her floor to fill in for my exit.

That's all I can really think of. Advice on what I could say or do would be greatly appreciated bro's. Thanks.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Her problems aren't your problems. She'll meet new people - and probably a lot faster than you think.
