“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I have a problem cause Im lifting now a 17.5 kg dumbbell to train my biceps doing a max of 12 reps, but the next dumbbell weights 20 kg and is just too much for me. I can maybe do one or two reps before my arm breaks.
So...how do you solve this problem?

I've thought about using a machine instead of the dumbbells cause there I can increase the weight in a progressive way like: 17 kg, 18, 19... so its ok, but with the dumbbels...a 2.5 kg jump is just too much.

Solutions please?

Use it as a max lift first and then continue onto your normal dumbells i.e. do max reps of 20kg (2x) then the rest (10x) using the 17.5. Aim to progress by one or as many reps as you can with each coming week. Alternatively alternate your grip and turn it into a hammer curl and incorporate more forearm muscle action.

Fireballs suggestion of an ezy curl bar is good. You can also use the cable machines, barbells, smiths rack or even the good old chin ups to mix things up.

There are a number of ways to achieve progressive overload. I lifted this off the following: http://bretcontreras.com/progressive-overload/

Lifting the same load for increased distance (range of motion)
Lifting the same load and volume with better form, more control, and less effort (efficiency)
Lifting the same load for more reps (volume)
Lifting heavier loads (intensity of load)
Lifting the same load and volume with less rest time in between sets (density)
Lifting a load with more speed and acceleration (intensity of effort)
Doing more work in the same amount of time (density)
Doing the same work in less amount of time (density)
Doing more sets with the same load and reps (volume)
Lifting the same load and volume more often throughout the week (frequency)
Doing the same work while losing body mass (increased relative volume)
Lifting the same load and volume and then extending the set past technical failure with forced reps, negatives, drop sets, static holds, rest pause, partial reps, or post-exhaustion (intensity of effort)
