“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I tried to incorporate power cleans into my routine, but couldn't nail the form. I dont need them for any athletic purposes, only as part of a powerlifting routine, without a coach the learning curve it just to steep.

From my experience using dumbbells, the learning curve is much lower, I was easily doing DB snatches and swings though only for conditioning and coordination.

Can these movements be effectively incorporated into a mass routine? Like low-rep heavy DB snatches, and cleans and push press for example?

I guess i'm not the only one interested.

I tried DB snatches today from a book I have called Infinite Intensity. Low-rep, high weight. Really felt it in the side shoulders, upper back and legs.

Briefly tried DB cleans, those felt great as well, though with less trap work than BB. Going to try swings, though they seem almost entirely for conditioning, and not appropriate for high weight.

I can see progress coming quickly, it's a lot easier to gain the strength benefits from DBs without mastering the technical aspects of olympic lifts.

Ross is pure gangster. He's more crafty than McGuyver, his videos are filled with 'holy shiit!' moments.

Kerpal, how has the routine been going for you? I know you're focused more on conditioning then size, have any of them worked great for pure strength?

Some of the exercises he lists are pretty hard, especially the 2-handed split lifts. How was the learning curve?
