If you have a choice between the two, is there any advantages of oen over the other for bench pressing?
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

You should only change when you can't progress in weight or reps at a particular exercise for a while (say give yourself two attempts to beat your previous weight/reps) - if you can't then switch exercises.n ever stil with 1 thing, change it uper every month or 2. and if your getting gains never change anything till you stop

barbell, you can do more weight = getting bigger. im not a fan of dumbells except for a couple things such as curls or if i need to break a plateau. see where you get better gains, or just do a 6 week rotation. n ever stil with 1 thing, change it uper every month or 2. and if your getting gains never change anything till you stop
