"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I have the same problem with my hands. I get it from my mom. During this time of the year on some days they're dry and crusty as all hell, and moisturizer only works for about 20 minutes until they dry up again. It's annoying as fvck.

Nivea's moisturizing face wash is ok. Try to always use moisturizing soaps. The best lotion that I have found is the plain and cheap Suave unscented. The "manly" moisturizers that I have tried like Nivea and Adidas have been pricier and less effective.

welcome to my world
i used to have very dry skin on my face, especially on my eyebrows, and cheeks.

i recently stopped washing my face with soap or cleansers...which is something i used to do every night.

now, of course everyone's face and skin are different, but i used to have moderate blemishes, acne whatnot. now, i just watch myself and do not eat very fatty foods etc, and only wash my face with soap when i take a shower.

what i do is, take one of those small towels and in the shower, soak it with hot water, and lather it with that really soft green ivory soap bar (http://www.ivory.com/YourIvoryProducts_ClassicIvoryBarSoap_Aloe.htm), it has aloe. then i take that lathered towel, and put it on my face and just let the hot shower water seep through, for about a minute, and then just rinse.

another thing i would suggest, is do not touch your face at all during the day. i have noticed that when i've touched my face, or made out with a girl and she puts her hands on my face, the next few days i notice pimples forming in those areas. well, inevitably girls will put their hands on my face, so i can't help that, but i as long as you don't touch your face yourself, it definitely minimizes the dirt that gets under your pores, etc.

not only is my skin moist/soft and not dry, but i've never had cleaner skin since. i still get a pimple every once a month maybe, but a lot less than ever.

and when i do get something, i dab a little tiny bit of toothpaste on it at night (only once every other night depending on how long it's there...again, you don't want to dry out your skin or leave scars). this helps a lot, and they usually clear up fast.

i know your question wasn't directly about clean skin, but i think it's relevant. oh, and i also use an electric shaver, and literally cover my face in aloe vera moisterizing lotion when i get out of the shower. then i wipe my face dry of any lotion residue and it stays nice and non-dry until the next morning. btw, another tip is, instead of using aftershave, using dry skin lotion. it's funny that nivea has just started a similar idea, but it's been a home-remedy for years, and actually i think any guy who wants to keep their skin looking young should do this. my dad is around 60, he's done this, and people think he's like in his late 30s.

Scr: the dry hand thing i also have sometimes during the winter, but that, as i've heard is something completely different, and actually caused by a bacteria. you need a special lotion to get rid of that...see a skin doctor.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

A couple of things I can suggest is applying coconut oil or body moisturiser to your face (body moisturiser is a little thicker).

Heating is a major cause of dry skin as it sucks the moisture out of the air, so try putting a bowl of water under any fires or on radiators at home. It will evaporate and keep the moisture in the air.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Moisturizers are a scam. They have alcohol in them which will make your skin dryer than before using it. Get some Jojoba oil and mix a few drops of it with water and then put it on your face.

Drink a whole glass of water before bed, and take a multi-vitamin. Keep this up for a couple days. You will see a difference!

I'll just add that although the common advice is to drink eight 8 ounce glasses of water a day, more and more physicians are saying that many isn't necessary especially if you eat the daily requirements of water rich fruits such as melons. Also, drinking more water than your body can absorb can cause a nasty condition called hyponeutremia. Again a balanced diet prevents this.

i generally assume that people are working out, so the 1 gallon requirement might not be accurate for everyone.

i know after a long run, i might drop a pound of water weight alone. so 1 gallon a day for me is acceptable due to my hydration requirements.

however, for a more sedentary person, you might just drink until your urine is clear.
