Dry Skin on face

I have had these small red patches on my face on each side of my nose and I think it is dry skin.

Anyone know what to do, besides go to a dermatologist?

Use a non-comedogenic moisturizer. Have you done anything to your face to make that area of your skin sensitive? Any kind of facial wash you started using too much of maybe?

At night, maybe put some Neosporin on those red patches to help the skin heal...

Also, drink plenty of water. I cannot stress enough how drinking proper amounts of water daily will improve your skins appearance!
