Dry eyes & skin

Hey guys,

for all my life I've had very dry skin and also dry eyes.
Now the skin isn't bothering me all that much, but the eyes do.

Very often, I can't even fully open them, thus I look tired/bored all day.
When air humidity is low, I have to blink really rapidly. When I'm standing in the subway I almost can't open my eyes when a train arrives (wind).

Artificial teardrops only help for 5min or so.
I really drink lots and eat pretty healthy.

What can you suggest? Thank you in advance!

I feel your pain I suffer from this eye dryness as well as other stuff with my eyes and it's worst during the winter but I have found using fish oil has helped me with this plus just using regular eye drops that are tears replacement only not other ingredents in them but if this doesn't help I would visit your eye doctor have you done this yet what has he or she said.
