Squats:
2 x 6 @ 155 lb (up 5)

Military Press:
2 x 6 @ 75 lb (up 5)

I'm late posting this workout because I've taken the week off. I kept having abdominal pain and my knees weren't feeling right either, so I felt like it was a good choice. Unfortunately with my stomach probs my eating has had to drop off and i've lost a couple pounds already. I'm kinda pissed, the fiber I bought actually made things worse....
