I was wondering how much mass and how long would it take if i did drop sets. Also what body parts would benefit most from drop sets

If you wanna do drop sets, do drop sets. If ya don't. DON'T

Just go to the gym and lift weights.

4x6, 5x5, 3x10 or 3x8 etc..... Find a good rep set tempo that works....
