"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I went to Hy-Vee today and got some turkey cuts and some sausage. I wanted to make sure I had low carb food for when I got hungry. I have noticed a smaller waste and I have had two people comment on my weight loss. Jason keeps having bread and stuff around the apt, but I can't eat it. I can eat his deer meat though. nom nom nom

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I went out yesterday and girls were very good to me. I didn't get sex, but I noticed that everyone was positive towards me, and that when I looked in the mirror I just had a "boss face" going on. Like a hard ass mother****er. I wasn't even trying to make the face, I think it was just years of rejection, pain, and small growth day in and day out that has hardened me. I am on a emotional high point today and I am trying to enjoy it. I know it won't last, but the feeling that I have today is good to confirm that the hours and grinding at the gym, at work, getting better does show results after time. You have to practice patience.

I have been walking a couple miles each day. I have still been low carbing. I haven't had cookies chips or a regular soda in a month and counting. That is the good. The bad is that I haven't been lifting. Too much emotional pain and energy right now. I still want to lift eventually, but I just rather get some good positive energy going with walking. I have noticed the difference. A strange place that I have noticed some fat loss is my face, I can feel my cheek bones a bit more now.

Take the emotional pain and turn it into physical pain in the gym. Whenever I'm going through something that's how it ends up, and it does help. Whenever you're lifting just think of what's causing you pain and lift like an animal.

What is pain is the annoying **** that is the GYM. I am burned out as ****. I would rather enjoy my walks. One of my friend commented that I looked skinnier and asked if I was still not eating carbs. It felt good because I know how much I have sacrificed. I didn't even eat any of my own birthday cake because I am just so tired of being unattractive. Thank you for the post though Stig. I definitely like working out my emotions on weights, but when the emotional pain is coming from the weights haha. Kinda hard. I always go through this checklist too, how am I going to spend my time. I always try to put my energy into eating well and burning calories.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I have gone approx from december 09th until now with no cookies, pop, or cake, or chips. That is a miracle for me. I have lost weight. I would bet I am a soft 200 pounds. I do have a cute chick who seems to be into me. I went for a walk today and I did tricep pull downs. It is really rewarding to see some external results to go along with the deep foundation character building. I haven't been lifting much, but I guess that is what seperates the men from the boys is the people who can continue to grind out weight work.

Thank you. Yesterday I had a cute chick buy me food and hang out with me all night. I just know that everything counts, either you get better or you get worse. I was like wow all that sacrifice is paying off.

Lol up and down. On top of the world last week. Crap week this week. I was able to get up and do some walking. I also didn't drown myself in chips or cookies. I always used to eat my feelings. So that is a miracle.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I walked a bit this morning. What helped motivate me is I don't want to be lonely. I want to attract people into my life. I am fighting hunger right now but I am going to hold off until meal time. I know if I put an effort into diet and working out that it will have benefits. I also know that sacrifice and hunger sometimes are what it takes to take my body to the next level.

I ref games so being in shape has helped me miss less calls. My dad said I was looking good the other day. So there are the compliments and approval to go with the fact that dieting and working out cause pain and frustration. I am doing good, and I know that the more I do it the harder it will be to go back to eating funyons and masterbaiting.

I was a bit down on myself today. It was just a mood it passed. I went for a walk this morning and a walk after work. Still doing low carb diet. I have to be easy on myself sometimes. Sometimes I get bent out of shape because I am not ripped yet, even though 3 people have commented about my weightloss.

That's a pretty good realization you've made. Actually I see two:
1)
I have to be easy on myself sometimes.
-you realize you can't always beat yourself up

and

2)
Sometimes I get bent out of shape because I am not ripped yet, even though 3 people have commented about my weightloss.
-you could be like a lot of people and just be satisfied that other people are satisfied with what you've done thus far, but you're not, and that's what will drive you to achieve your goals

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

I walked a couple times today. I need to get back to lifting, I have no excuses other than I like to walk and I like to feel good. I hate feeling like crap, I will eventually get back into heavier work out routine. So I walked a couple miles today and I haven't eaten crackers, chips, soda, cookies, cake, bread, pasta, for a couple months. Felt better about myself today. I just get in moods sometimes where deep inside my brain I hate the way I look. Everyday I will pay the price to get better.

I am still getting in a couple walks a day. I still am doing low carb. I talked to my sister yesterday so it seems like other people are doing well as well. I still have a gut and I am pretty mad about that. I know that not having a gut would help with girls and it would help get respect, but truly it is the inner game that counts. If I had six pack and I was a sissy...well that is not who I truly want to be.

I have been walking in the morning and a bit at night. It helps my mental attitude. I had sex with a girl on Sunday. That is a milestone, because I never had sex. I did a happy dance and I am thankful that I lived long enough to have sex again. Thank you universe. On Monday I still didn't eat breads or chips, cookies etc. That is a miracle. One of these days I am going to really start lifting and doing hard cardio again, but for now I am doing my best to get to the gym and not eat junk food.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
