No, but it’s pretty obvious stuff and after a while the urge to masturbate dissipates. Maybe having access to sex from my gf made the process easy. For single men used to jerking it to porn at least once a day it’s a horrible cycle to break free of, but totally possible and worth it.

Hot women who are nude or are down to their panties is still softcore porn. Fully clothed women is non nude photography, but if suggestive enough can evoke lust (ie if you imagine deepnthrting a fully clothed woman), etc... My own issue is I tend to look at allot of softcore because I am turned on if there is a phone number and a dollar sign next to the photo. Escort ads are the worst culprit for both non nude photography and softcore porn. They are better than hardcore because there is a chance you can make the fantasy you are fapping about a reality and it becomes a tangible fantasy.
