how haveyour experiences panned out? it works pretty well for me, as long as they are people i haven't met yet.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
Good point.God_of_getting_layed said:attraction is not a choice, but neither is a fear of herpes or any other emotion you are feeling. what decisions you make is a consequence of which of your no choice emotions is strongest. if your fear of herpes is stronger than your desire to **** her, then youll choose not to bang her. IF it is the reverse where your desire to **** her is stronger than your fear of herpes, then youll choose to bang her all while knowing youll get herpes. theres really no choice involved, just a mechanical process going on; our brains doing what they do.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
I don't agree.blueguy said:Yes and no. Physical attraction isn't a choice. But a large portion of attraction is a choice. You are attracted to those who are like you. Whatever you choose to be, you attract the same in kind. Even physical attraction can be a choice to an extent in that you attract the same kind of people that have similar hygiene and style as you. Body builders attract body builders. Fat people attract fat people. Preppies attract preppies. So yes, attraction can definitely be a choice.
no.DonJuanForever said:At a very young age, we were PROGRAMMED AND TAUGHT, that boys like girls, and girls like boys. A guy could easily BE GAY, and just CHOOSE TO LIKE GUYS.

wrong.
nobody has to teach animals how to reproduce.
sexual attraction is the mechanism by which animals are induced to propagate the species.
this is as INGRAINED in us as the instinct for a mother to protect her young or some animals to migrate during seasons.
-----------------------------------------------------------
just as it is ingrained, the CRITERIA of what we are attracted to is also ingrained.
we are attracted to women with big t!ts and wide hips not because we are trained to like that by the media - it's millions of years of human experience telling us that that is a trait of fertility.
sure, throughout history, different emphases of shape and form have been stressed... but there is a "golden proportion" that doesn't seem to deviate, whether we are attracted to "rubinesque" chicks in classical impressionist paintings or jenna jameson.
-------------------------------------------------------------
women are attracted to dominance and confidence also because nature has trained them to recognize virility and strong genes, etc etc etc.
attraction is NOT a choice.
it is as ingrained as it can possibly be.

so you are saying that, if you take a child at a very young age and brainwash them to be attracted to certain things, they will be? yeah probably....but does that really mean attraction is a choice?DonJuanForever said:No, no, no, lol
You said this buddy,
"Women are attracted to dominance and confidence because nature has trained them to recognize virility and strong genes."
You are just repeating what you heard someone else say. Let me show you why you are wrong buddy.
Have you ever seen some quality chicks with dead beat boyfriends? I mean guys with NO ambition, NO type of courage or sense of self, NO nothing going on in life. They are eating and feeding off of her azz, I am quite sure you have seen it buddy.
What's dominant about that guy? Wheter you believe dominance is being superior over everyone else, OR, dominance is being superior over yourself and your life...what dominance does this guy have? But he gets laid all over the place and WOMEN take care of HIM.
Where's his confidence? He doesn't even believe in himself to have ambitions.
But can I tell you what the guy DOES HAVE? Sexual state. Lol, hahah. Seriously, he's very sexual. He's not afraid to be sexual, grab his dyck, lick his lips, pull a girl closer, than fvck her...and after he fvcks her, he's got her! She's providing for him.
You guys better SNAP OUT, of this Nature's will stuff, and just OPEN YOUR EYES.

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
