Why do you listen to me? I tell you i've made all these improvements, ive got a hot gf, im attractive, im passionate, etc, etc, etc. If i told you i was still fat, ugly, shy, etc. Would you take my advice? No, you wouldn't.
Im sure many of you would take this forums advice over the advice of your parents, the people you can trust, family and close friends, are the best source of life philosiphy in the world. Your parents have been through more then you could imagine, they have always been there so you take them for granted.
Are all your friends ****ing lots of chicks, or do they all have gf's and are faithful? Chances are, you will try to do what they do, some guys **** alot and they enjoy it, thats what they do, some guys like making an emotionl connection with one girl and tresuring it, thats what they do. What i'm getting at, is do what you want to do, not what your friends do.
Do what you want, sit down and reflect on your life, what do you WANT? I dont mean what you want people to know you as, what do you actually want? Only the right motivation will last. Don't be replica's of your friends, be your own person.
Do you drink alcohol because your friends do it? Or because you want to?
Do you do pot because your friends do it? Or because you want to?
Do you take drugs because your friends do? Or because you want to?
Do you like that guy because your friends do? Or because you actually like him?
Do you listen to that music because your friends do? Or because you actually like it?
Is that chick hot because your friends think she is? Or is she actually hot?
Was that movie good because your friends thought it was? Or was it actually good?
Have your own values, have your own oppinions, have your own PASSIONS, and exercise them. This is the true path to happiness.
If you choose to do things because you want to do them and not because you think you will be cool for doing them, you will find it comes easy.
Improvement will be so much easier. Think about everything you do, are you doing it for yourself or for how people pervieve you? I like computer games, i stopped playing them because i thought i wasn't cool, but they were fun...
I used to box, i was pretty good at it to, but i didnt have that much fun, my coach thought i had potential, but i wasnt doing it for myself, it wasnt me. I decided to start playing soccer again instead.
I stopped cheating on my gf, i was having more sex but i felt guilty, i was doing it to be cool, i told my gf what i had been doing... she cried, alot. and i have vowed never to do it again, its not me.
I changed all my classes because i have my own ambitions, everyone wanted me to be something i didnt want to be, it wasnt me.
All this time... we haven't been ourselves, we have been what people want us to be. And frankly, im sick of it. By becoming me, i have lost alot of friends, but i have made the bonds between the ones left so much stronger. I talk to everyone because thats what i do, but making friends is alot more difficult not im me.
In closing, act in hope that you will become who you want to be, face the fears that are stopping you from being you.
So sit down... and think about who YOU are, and ask yourself every now and then.....
Is ths me?

Thats from the lonesome loser by the little river band.Have you heard about the lonesome loser
Beaten by the queen of hearts every time
Have you heard about the lonesome loser
He's a loser, but he still keeps on tryin'
Sit down, take a look at yourself
Don't you want to be somebody
Someday somebody's gonna see inside
You have to face up, you can't run and hide
