"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

the people that complain when you go to a gym and grunt and drop bars soundly into the ground?
I was doing triceps pulldowns, dropping the plates soundly after each set and some skinny guy who was talking to a girl comes to me and says: "Stop dropping the cable so loudly". I apologiezed, but I should'nt have taking this ****, now I'm pissed with myself!
I should have told him that this is a gym and if he wanted to talk he should go to a bar, cause ppl come here to workout not to chat.
Stupid me!

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

lol, yep thats exactly what you should have said. unless the guy owned the gym and was worried about the equipment, I wouldve told him to fvck off

when ppl grunt lifing around me in the gym it kinda motivates me, it reminds me to ask if Im putting 110% into these weights or not, then I start to grunt too

You have yet to adopt the "Who gives a f*ck" attitude. This is key, and is useful in all aspects of life as well as DJing. Don't you realize that you are superior to other human beings??? Don't take any sh*t from anyone. You are "The Man" and everybody else is a nobody!(or atleast that's what I think to myself) So, start walking around like you run the show.
