"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Are you depressed? Those all sound like traits of depession. Look it up on Google.
I agree. It sounds like you have depression. I've been there, had all the "symptoms" that you described.

yeah but i don't believe in depression, it is not real in my mind, life just has peaks and valleys.

but let's say that i was to accept that i might be depressed...what options does that leave me: medication. and the **** they give you isn't going to help your game if anything it will hurt it all the more, according to what other people who have taken or do take the stuff have told me.
It doesn't really matter if you believe in it or not. My grandfather didn't believe he had lung cancer, he still died from it.

No, medication is not the only answer (though I am not a doctor so do not consider this professional advice, some people do NEED medication for depression). Please do some research online about depression. Many studies have shown that a healthy diet and regular exercise are more effective than the leading prescription medications in treating depression. It can be difficult to find the motivation to do this while depressed, but you will notice improvement in your mood very quickly if you force yourself to eat right and exercise. Not to mention, you will look better as well as feel better and a healthy body and attitude never hurts attraction.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

1. yeah, isn't it easy to talk **** on the internet, bro? that's why your response is filled with angry cursing and mine was cool and to the point.

2. people are here to work through things, and issues they are having, not listen to presumptuos idiots like you chime in with dumb remarks. you're not helping anybody. and if you're not helping anybody, what's the point of being here?

yeah that makes sense to me. i usually work out and run until it gets cold out, then i slump off until the spring. over the past couple of years i have noticed this affects me more and more. i put in a few sets on the weights the other day. i am also trying to get a more regular sleep cycle going.

thanks.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Sounds to me like you have some kind of hormonal problem. If your body chemistry is not right you will feel like this. What I feel really supports my theory is the fact that you don't really feel the urge to masturbate. You should feel the urge to masturbate more, it's normal. Are you getting any sunlight at all? Maybe your circadian rhythms are being affected by too much time inside.

Sometimes you can have something wrong inside and it's not going to be immediately apparent. You body stops producing hormones properly to deal with this suspected internal problem.

See a doctor if you really feel that listless. Tell him you are suffering from depression like symptoms but that you really have nothing be feel depressed about.

And remember working out always sucks at first, you have to go to feel better. You don't feel better then go to the gym.

Hmmm, thats interesting about the sunlight, because i do work in an office where there is very little natural light. years ago when i worked outside more this wasn't so much an issue.

i have been feeling this way for at least a year or more, maybe more like 2 years. i have been dating here and there, and even had a semi-LTR not that long ago, but i broke it off cause she was driving me crazy and i dated other girls since her so i know its not that that is bothering me.

and your right about working out, and i do always feel better once i get into the routine again.

well. how old are you? if you are in your 20's i would say you REALLY need to cut the cable on your internet and go out and do something productive. don't waste what could be one of the most promising decades of your life wanking over a bunch of hoes on the internet.

but, its easier said than done. i would suggest that you find some kind of hobby, sport or activity that you truly enjoy and focus some of your energy there. it really doesn't matter what it is, as long as its legal and relatively safe. that way, you can channel some of the focus and passion on a legitimate release rather than the porn.

i think my issue is more age related. but who knows you could be my age or older so whos to say.

i can't figure this out...

early 30's healthy male

i don't have any ambition anymore.
i don't want to go out on dates, it seems like too much effort.
i don't want to get intimate or close to ANYONE other than a few close friends.
i don't have much energy anymore
i would rather sleep or read online all day than do anything else.

its been like this for awhile now. what the **** shouod i do?
this is the sign for masculinity

http://0.tqn.com/d/astrology/1/0/6/-/-/-/Marsglyph.gif

it symbolizes male errection and the fact that a man is always on the go, following a path, striving and achieving

you stopped doing everything and you got putrid as stale water in the pond, that`s why you are depressed, the hardest as it may seem this is the time when you need to push even harder

as a man you always need to push your boundaries, always

and as the previous posters have mentioned, make sure that a shrink evaluates you, that you don`t got any major depressive disorder ... just in case

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

GUYS, you give obvious answers the man already know's and has tried.

What you are suffering from is called SAD. Seasonal Affective Disorder (Winter Blues) Read about it here:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seasonal_affective_disorder

To treat it is simple. Get more light, or order happy light (it works) amazon it.

This is a common disorder in people, so you arent alone. I used to suffer from it, it's weird. In the summer you're all good in the winter it sucks monkey azz.

Good luck to you.
