"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Hey everyone my first post, im a big fan of these "games" that have to be played and I have been reading up on a lot of techniques etc.

Anyway... Im 24 really into this girl who's 20. I'd seen her out clubbing etc over the last few months but never really approached her, then recently I found an online profile of hers and left my number anonymously and a note just saying "text me if your out tonight".

Then a few days later i got a message saying "Hey who's this" so I replied and luckily we have kind of seen eye to eye a few times before so I was able to let her know who exactly i was, she responded again and we exchanged quite a few messages just general chat etc.

I then got her MSN id and have been talking online a bit over the past week, I haven't mentioned to her that I fancy her or even flirted with her at all yet.

Yesterday daytime I asked if she was going out that evening and she said yes and asked me, to which I replied "maybe" as I wasn't sure at the time. She went offline and I did end up going out with a few mates and was really hoping i'd bump into her, but then I got a text message from her saying "did you go out?"

This did get me quite excited as she at least was thinking of me, and maybe hoping to get to see me aswell.

I did end up in the same club as her, so when I saw her I went over and this was really the first time we'd spoke properly face to face. She was like "Oh Hi" and gave me a hug, we spoke for bout a minute then I said "better get back to my mates" and off I went, didn't see her again the rest of the night.

My problem is I wanna ask her out, probably for lunch but I wanna make sure the timing is right, also im probably gonna have to do it over the phone as chances of seeing her in person are slim unless were both out in town.
I don't wanna do it over MSN or by text as that seems bit weird.

I don't wanna end up in the friendzone so I am wary of keep chatting to her too much etc.

I also want to makesure she's interested, I can handle rejection, I just want to make sure I ask her at the perfect time to maximise my chances.

Any ideas or tips on where to go for the date, and how to ask her would be much appreciated, or anyways to test how she feels before I even ask?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

First...you were actually very lucky you got a positive reaction from her in the way that you first contacted her. That would have freaked out a lot of women.

Second...she hugged you and showed interest...and you walked away too quickly. You should have talked a bit and built rapport and then went back to your friends.

Don't overdo the texting and online talking...however...in this situation it's ok to ask her out this way because of the nature of your previous contact. The next time you go out text her and say something like "I'm out at 'such and such a place' right now...come keep me company." If she shows up just turn it into a date. Have something planned to go and do once she shows up. If it goes well ask her out for a second date...and have something already planned so you can be specific when you ask her out.

If you do this you don't have to ask for the first date...you just create it spontaneously on the fly when the opportunity presents itself.

yep well im thinking this really does need to be done over the phone, as im probably not that gorgeous enough to warrant a big interest with just looks alone.

This might also need to be done tomorrow, as im just getting to the point of needing to know.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I'm going with Wyldfire on this one.
You need to build rapport first, man. Don't ask her out yet. You don't even know her.
Hang out with her socially and with you and her friends. Let her see your personality in action first.
Asking her out too early is a mystery killer, and an AFC move.
Make it a " hang out with me" scenario first, and then be fun and spontaneous. The aim of that get together is to have fun. Nothing else. DOn;t have ANYTHING ELSE on your mind except "Man, I am going to hang out and have fun tonight! I don't give a Sh*t about anything else! And if this chick wants to hang, great! But either way, tonight is MY night!"
Have fun, and let her see and feel who you are when YOU have fun.
If she's intrigued and likes what she sees, she may ask YOU to hang out. Or at thevery least, jump at the chance when you ask her out on a date.
Good luck.

Text her 'Hey what are you wearing?'

Do it. Do it NOW before her interest level completely flatlines.

So anyway i sent her a couple of songs over MSN and she's like "thanks dude", i say "no probs, but it just means you'll have to come out for a drink with me sometime"

She replies "cool"

Then i said i had to go and signed off,

I've also managed to get tickets to see her faviorite band that are playing in about 5 weeks time, and I told her and said im looking for someone fun to take with me and would she be interested in going.

She said "yea of course i wanna go"

So I said well we have bout 5 weeks before then to see just how fun you are.

She replied "Of course I'm fun"

So I guess nows the time to actually get her out with me, and I can just class it as testing how fun she actually is.
