First, I'm not american I'm not white or black people that use english for the main language. I come to USA b/c of the exchange program (I never ever been to any country in the world!!!). So I don't know anything at here and my english is not good (accent,listening*for me they are talk very fast so I don't know what they talking about*,grammar*sometime when I talk english I have a mistake with the order of the words*) (but I can talk some). I don't know how to make friends. Walk alone, eat alone, ****ING alone!!!!!!! I wanna cry

Join several clubs in your school, do something you like. It's not your English, your looks are a lot more important, so wear good fashion, and join Golds Gym.

I don't know where you are in America but in the cities there are plenty of Americans that have less of a problem with your accent and English learning curve. If you are open, willing to learn, and have a sense of humor about your differences you can find some partners in crime. Just give it a try and I think good things can happen.

And you can always try and make friends with people going through the same thing you are right now. Find guys and girls from your country that are feeling homesick. That's something easy to bond over!

First of all stop crying about it. People like to make friends with fun people, not cry babies.
Second, get rid of the need to have friends. Its nice to have friends, but needing them will drive people away.
Also, get rid of your belief that people should like you. You must give them a reason to like you, to do this you must first find a reason to like THEM.

Socialization i a process. It's not something you just pick up just like that. Everything takes time dude, you just have to be Patient and willing.
Of course you have to take risks and put yourself out there. The more you speak/ communicate with people the more you learn and the better you become once you learn about proximity.

It also depends on the kind of vibe you give off to people. If you tend to act timid and shy then your portraying yourself wrong to the public, especially if you want to make friends so you have to change that mind set and like what rocky's says "stop crying about it" and change it. People who are social don't act that way.

People are the best when it comes to adapting so you'll be fine and your English will get better also in time. English is my 1st language and i still suck at it LOL

The onus is on you. You have to make the first move...
