What kind of date? What kind of chick? How much dough are you trying to spend? What area of Pittsburgh?
Some ideas: Round Hill park in Elizebeth (petting the animals)

John Harvards brew house Monroeville( Avg 12-15$ a plate)

Stay away from the run of the mill resturants like chi-chi's, red lobster, chili's, olive garden.

Be interesting...if your trying to spend some dough take her to Poli's in squirrel hill.

She has been to all those chain resturants many times.....personally I dont take a girl out for dinner for at least two dates...dont spend more than 15$ on the first date. If you feel that you need to spend more than 15$ on her to impress her get a new chick!!
