Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I don't know where I have heard this statement before, maybe in a magazine or something. But it said that if we drink water that it makes us feel good or better about ourselves.

I was wondering how true this may be. I can understand that if you drink a lot of water it helps your body becasue you loose so much water in a day that your replenishing it.

And that it may help your complexion?

But I was wondering if it may have some effect on our mentality?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Well, I can't see how being dehydrated would make you feel better.

Water itself may not make you feel better but the results that can come from drinking a gallon+ a day could help your self esteem. My used to break out often until I started drinking a gallon+ a day,no break outs=high self esteem.

Yeah, I find drinking plenty of water has helped my complexion somewhat as well, and it's also good not to be thirsty all day :)
