I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I have been out of work for the last few months and keep telling myself that once I am living on my own and making some good money then what to say will naturally come to me ,but I am unsure if this is true so recently I have been going to the malls and practicing on women doing indirect openers.Sometimes the women give me eye contact but i run out of things to say. Will I get better by doing this or am I better off waiting to get paid so the words will come naturally.I have very average iq probably around 90 and my conversational skills are about average. Will making money make you more quick witted and a better conversationalist?

Yes. Cash in your wallet creates a chemical reaction in your bloodstream. This altered blood speeds up the reaction time of the neurons in your brain controlling speech, thus improving your wit dramatically.

The reason I ask is because someone told me money=confidence=indifference

And when you are indifferent the words will naturally come out because of your indifferent presence without you having to do anything(working on social skills/developing sense of humor)

Is this true?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
