Or if it interferes with life. Like if you would rather stay home and look at porn, watch TV, play video games, surf the net, then go out and have fun with friends, workout, do some needed housework or homework. Or if you are doing something else and thinking about it alot, like if you are sitting at school or hanging out with friends thinking to yourself I cant wait till i get home so I can watch porn, surf the net, watch tv, play video games etc.
Also if u think u may be addicted to anything you gotta find out what type of person you are. Are you a cold turkey guy or a lemme cut down on it until its gone or just really low. Like some people can go cold turkey on porn, games, tv, cigs etc. and it can be great for them, but others it just makes you want them more cause u had so much of it now its all gone, its too sudden. Like the advice of tossing the TV, porn, games etc is good advice for this type of person, cause it may be too hard to resist temptation if that stuff is still there. Its like having 5 cartons of cigs at your place when u wanna try to stop smoking, its harder to resist, but if they arent there then no worries.
Other people like myself are better with cutting down stuff till its gone or low, like I used to drink lots of iced tea filled with unhealthy corn syrup, I tried cutting it off but i just wanted it more and more, eventually I started cutting down, like not drinking it cause it was just there and waiting till i had a taste for it, then cutting down the amount like 8 oz every day till now where i will grab a bottle every month or so, plus its always better when u wait awhile then have it. That can be used with anything, TV, porn, cigs, net surfing, whatever cut down the time u spend doing those things till you are barely do them anymore or not at all.
