A friend suggest to me to have more hair density, I didnt take that serious, but lately I found a lot of women doing these surgeries and they are really getting a young look , a 40 look like 30 and a 30 look like 23 .
Have any body experience with this kind of surgeries and weather it work with men or not ?

I have had a transplant of 1200 grafts with the FUT method aka strip method. This is where they cut a strip of skin from the back of your head and transplant the hairs to the recipient area. My procedure was pretty minimal as all I wanted to do was restore my hairline.

My procedure only cost $5000 due the small number of grafts needed. I would say I'm 80% satisfied with the results. My hairline isn't as dense as I would have liked, but I knew before going in that it would probably take multiple sessions to get the right look. I do plan on going back for a second procedure to fill in more density.

I have blonde hair that's been thinning for a while and it's really made a difference in my appearance. I look the way I did back when I was 26 (I'm 30 right now). Before the procedure, you could really tell that my age was beginning to show.

The best word of caution I can give is not to expect 100% perfection the first time. The procedure is comparable to having a tailor alter a suit, it might take a couple of times to get it just right.

EDIT:: Also, the newly transplanted hairs are actually permanent as they do not respond to testosterone. So once they've taken root in the recipient site, they will never fall out.

Just a few years ago, when my hair wasn't as noticable thin as it is now when I stopped using rogaine for awhile, I could get a lot more closes than I do now. This is mostly from online meetups. It dropped to at least half to one quarter or more, than when the hair was thicker.

I do believe that many women will disqualify you for your hair that you would've otherwise layed. But everyone will tell you it's all in your personality/game, bro.

Read Psycho Cybernetics. Written by a plastic surgeon. You can get the SAME results without surgery. Just improve your self image, and it won't matter what you look like.

It absolutely is possible. Of course, I can't spike my hair as I did when I was around 24-26 because I don't have enough density just yet (after the next procedure we'll see). What I do is I part my hair towards the right and use a little moose to give it some volume, it gives me a younger trendier look.

In all honesty though, even if I could spike my hair I probably wouldn't because it's a little too immature for a man that's 30.

I personally believe that as we get older we can't keep hanging on to the way we were or the way we looked when we were young. That would be unbecoming of a gentleman.

What we have to do is look our best in relation to our age. A 30 year old man can look equally as good as a 25 y.o. man although they will have different styles.

There are two methods FUT(the strip method), and Follicular Unit Extraction(FUE). FUE is a newer method where each donor hair is individually plucked and transplanted one at a time. I would recommend doing research on both to see which on is right for you.

Investment is the right word, there are countless studies on how good looking people get better treatment economically at work, sexually in the dating field and even at the court after committing a crime.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Hey guys, its your head.....shave it all off or grow a fake fro! No need to get defensive because I stated my opinion. But it might be kind of cute to get some extensions too! You call it an "investment"..........sounds like a bunch of chics trying to spin something into something its not to try and convince themselves its all okay!

We all know looks matter but I draw the line at some point. I started going bald several years ago. So instead of spending thousands of dollars to try and look pretty, I embraced it and shaved it all off. The chics happen to love it and I do too. Embracing your shortcomings(lack of hair) is a display of confidence.

Men have lost their manliness and this is just another example. Too many guys being raised by single mommies with absent fathers leads to little boys growing up to be pansies

I gotta say you're the one who sounds a little defensive on the subject. If you're blessed that you look good with a shaved head then rock on  .

Some guys just don't look good with a shaved head or our hairloss isn't severe enough to warrant a shaved head, yet the hair loss is noticeable enough to age our appearance beyond our years. This middle ground was where I was and a hair transplant was the right option for me.

I agree with Howie.

While I don't doubt that your first appearances are likely improved by these kinds of procedures, if I were balding and a girl (especially a long-term prospect) asked me about my hair, I'd much rather be able to say, "I started losing it so I shaved it down and owned it" instead of, "I got multiple expensive cosmetic procedures because I couldn't handle it."

What's even more concerning, when I read these stories, is how it never just stops at one. Already one of the posters is saying he's going back for another one. Where does it stop? How much will you spend? Will you ever be happy with your appearance? My guess is no, you won't, as many things will change physically as you continue to grow older.

Nature had a plan for you guys. Embrace it. Life is like a river and (this is true for all things) the harder you struggle against the current, the more difficult things will be for you. But if you let go and go with the flow of the current, things will be much easier.

I'm not saying every or any guy should or shouldn't get hair transplants, use rogaine and propecia and try to correct it. I think they can be harmful to one's health.

Guys that have slowly lost their hair often don't want to admit to themselves or even fully realize that it is affecting their ability to attract women. They don't want to believe something minor and superficial and most importantly something about themselves mostly outside of their control could affect their success with women.

And guys that don't have noticable hair loss certainly don't have any clue how hair loss might affect their attractiveness.

Shaving your head is not "embracing and owning" your baldness. It is really just shaving your head for the shaved head look and really just another form of hiding hairl oss or at least trying to present it better.
