Women prefer a 'toned' male physique over a built or brawny physique:

As you can see, the 'toned' physique is the least muscular of the 3 physiques shown below, but it's what most women prefer. The roided/jacked physique is what MALES prefer to see in wrestlers or in an action hero, it's not the physique women prefer as lovers.

Those pictures look a little outdates. Seems like they should have a few more pictures included to the right: "Jacked", "Super jacked", and "Fat". With "Scrawny" off to the left.

I would guess that the consensus on this forum would be that girls want a guy with more muscles than "Brawny", but less body fat than "Toned".

muscles and height are the same thing - the ideal range is a fair amount over average

average guy if he was lean would be about 140 lbs @ 5'10. So ideal amount would be around 175-185 lbs lean @ 5'10. Anything beyond that doesn't really hurt but it doesn't help. It doesn't hurt until you start going into the freakish range (240 lbs+). Apply same concept to height - avg guy is 5'10 - ideal is around 6'1 to 6'3. Being 6'7 doesn't hurt but doesn't help either

It's not same concept as looks - where there is no diminishing returns - the better looking your face, the better results

I was using Momoa and Orton because they max out all areas - face, height, muscles, status, fame, money. Same thing with Jackman and Hemsworth

How come you don't use Micheal Douglas as a yardstick in mens ability to game women?

He's married to Catherine Zeta-Jones for close to 20 years now and he's about 25 years her senior.

They did. All of those categories are included. The intermediate body style is preferred by women. Go read the original study.

I just read the article. I glanced at the study, and I didn't see any categories more muscular than "brawny", although I saw more types with more fat. Maybe I missed them though, I didn't feel like reading the study. The point seems to be the same. The women liked the "toned" body, whereas posters here would likely tell you they want the guy with more muscle.

I did like a few things they said in the article:
"If you spent one hour talking to a girl for every hour you spend at the gym, you’ll never be without sex."
Sounds pretty smart. And:

"One girl will like guys who are romantic. The next girl will like guys who are bad boys. And the next girl will like guys that are rich."
PUA sites seem to think girls only like bad boys. And they tend to call any guy with money a beta provider. Which is nonsense.
