Does fedex leave packages at the door like ups?

They do but you'll probably have to sign a a release that allows them to do that. You might be able to call them and set it up that way. If they just show up and nobody's home, they leave a thing on the door you can sign so that when they return the next day or whenever, they can leave it at the door.

dam...ok cause i got a package coming too supposed to be here today but it aint and i wasnt home, i didnt see no notice so i guess they aint show up.

You could try tracking it online - it will tell you if they attempted a delivery. Generally FedEx requires signature confirmation, unless the sender signed the box specifically waiving that requirement of the delivery.

Only time I've gotten a notice on a missed package was from the Post Office.

UPS leaves the box on my stairs usually and FedEx usually came back the next day. Might be different if you don't live in the middle of nowhere like I do. :p

Yes if you leave a note on the door with your signature telling them to leave it.

Unless you ordered something like medication, which they cannot legally leave @ the door.

Ah yes, you must instruct them to leave it. Or you can be a weirdo like my neighbor who has them drop it off with a neighbor when she's not home, I get TONS of packages, gonna start craisglisting that shyt..
