"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Hey, guys
I have just started the bootcamp and I am trying to convince several of my friends(rAFCs) to join me.
So from people who went through the whole bootcamp, can anybody actually share your experiences or rather conclusions about the bootcamp?
What did it allow you to achieve after the bootcamp end?

Thanks a million :)

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

It allowed me to look outside of my boundaries...

I started off on week 5 because the bootcamp is all about breaking free from your comfort zone. I don't look at rejections the same way I used to, and asking for a date is common game for me.

I opened this up expecting for you to look at the bootcamp as a way to enforce your fears... glad to know I was wrong:D

Yeah, there's a new BC coming in 5 days By Shezz, he says it's going to be all new from the ground up. I've got few rAFC friends, they'll approach a girl for a dollar, so I'm not too sure about teaching them BC basics.

Ever onward

Me and a bunch of other guys did a bootcamp a few years back. Here's the Link. I had a great time and I amazed myself with the changes that came about. I ended up dating two girls at once for a short while there (and that was only through week 3).

If you read it, just ignore the ending where I got a major case of ONEITIS and reverted to my AFC ways.

Well, the reason i am taking it cause I know too much. And don't do enough...
So I need some accountability to stop making excuses, get out and practice.
Just going out does not work for me because I feel way too much approach pressure and then I feel like a routine monkey. And I can't really strike up a general conversation without using routines, etc.
It really comes visible on a social parties or gatherings.
So i really need to be comfortable talking to strangers and making myself a friendly and outgoing guy.
Also, i need to gradually gain my confidence back and build myself into an alpha man. Doing straight approaches might just kill it like it did a while back and then I stopped going out for a while.

So I thought, I am going to commit to something and Bootcamp sounds like a great plan :)

Meanwhile, i have ordered a gym program and will start going to the gym, eat right and rollerblade.

I guess to summarize I want to become an Alpha man, an interesting guy, a life of the party and a guy who makes women laugh. I am going to learn being very comfortable and happy about myself.
Not too much? ;)

I think the whole saying hi to everyone is kind of lame for ppl who live in the south. Everyone greets each other down here. Just do alot of cold approaches.

Some guy kicked me out of a bootcamp because I was making cold approaches while their fayyot aszes were saying hi to guys. I guess I fk ho's and they rock fellows??

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Very true, I'd put myself in that category, and I was born and raised here in the south.

I'd loooove to try this bootcamp thing, I think its what I may need.

But theres no possible way I can do it, I don't get out enough and when I do I'm always rushed.

I'm really in a sh!t situation.

I'm a year out of high school, I was in college last semester but I changed my major from English to Culinary Arts and they don't offer it here so I took the semester off rather than spinning my wheels. I've looked for a job before here but I could never get one..

So no job, and no school, and I was in a wreck last fall where I totalled my uncle's car, and he only had liability, so I ended up giving him my car.

So no car either.. whenever I go out its with him, and I can't sarge with him. Not just because of his presence but for the fact hes the type that is always on the move. Like when we go to the grocery store I always see good looking women I'd like to try to talk to, but I never have the time because hes always in and out.

This is called an excuse ;)
No job, no school? what are you doing at home?
I can't believe there are no buses and no friends who can take you out to a different town or a cool place to hang out with lots of people around?
Go travel. Stay at hostels and sarge all day long!

Oh dear, just sounds like excuses to me.

Okay, I've got exams coming up at my uni, me and some mates are working on a game, I have to work part time, and did I mention uni exams? Yet I'm still able to find time to try the bootcamp out.

It's easy enough to think up excuses, did that myself for a while, but it's just a way of procrastinating.

How can you expect your life to change for the better if you're unwilling to do anything about it yourself?
How are they excuses? What the **** am I supposed to do without a car? How do i ****ing interact with people if I CAN'T go out?

BORROW your uncle's car.
And... I can't believe there are absolutely no buses around.
No hitchhiking either??
What about the hostelling suggestion I gave you?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Well this is America and most places here do not have any P.T. or very little. And if you live outside the city you definitely don't have any..

No job and no school for reasons I already stated..

I don't have any friends here, because I didn't go to high school here. All of my friends live back in the Houston area except for one out in West Texas and one up in Dallas.

What the **** is a hostel? Do you mean hotel?

Shezz is starting a boot camp this coming week. Read our posts, and see for yourself what the results are:

It doesn't cure all the problems. It just works on the biggest one, FEAR. If you don't talk to 'em, you don't get anywhere. Over 50% of the people in this country call themselves "shy".

Hostel is a very cheap place to stay in major cities:

As for the rest.... if you're saying youre moving in summer - you can forget about this whole thing, stop KJing, educate yourself reading ebooks, watching DVDs and listening to the CDs and wait till you can practice.
ALternatively, create some opportunities for yourself.
