I have this problem and have no idea why. I'll take beano, Gas-X, you name it and it doesn't help. It gets to the point where it affects my performance because I'm trying so hard to hold in a fart. As soon as I'm able to fart, I feel totally fine.

Now, it has nothing to do with what I eat because this could happen without even eating anything before sex. I don't think it has to do with being nervous because I'm really comfortable around my gf.

Anyone else have this problem? Any remedy for it?

I would think it starts with your abs and other midsection muscles being flexed and constricted for an extended period of time. It may not allow your body to reabsorb gas like it normally does. Thats my theory at least.
