“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

We're talking about someone who was the absolute girl of your dreams, and you could have fvcked her until you dropped dead from heart failure.

Back before I moved to my current university, I was going to community college in another city. I remember sitting down in a coffee shop between classes reading a book, and then she sat down across from me. (I was a lot more socially awkward then, and I was pushing 250.) She was exactly what I went for in a girl, and I have high standards -- she had an olympic-quality body, an quirky attractive face, very long curly black hair, was about five feet tall, and had an incredibly sexy voice...I tell you, guys, I would have killed a room full of people in order to get near her. It was like a PCP rush.

She was presumably doing homework, which I'm guessing was also her "I'm gonna look sexy in public and get guys to stare" time. she'd stretch. she was wearing a tank top and she'd do this amazing STREEETCH every few minutes. and it DROVE ME CRAZY. And she kept doing it. My loins started to scream at me, GET UP AND SAY HI TO HER YOU DOUCHEBAG, SAY HI NOW!

Half crazed with lust, I dragged my fat ass up there and asked her when the library was going to close. (There was obviously not enough blood for both ends.) And then I ran the hell out of there like Jesse Owens.

Two days later I was playing hacky-sack with a couple of acquaintances, and she walked by again. "Hey, did you find the library?" she asked me with this devlish grin on her face. Right then I knew she knew I wanted her, and she damn well wasn't going to give it to me. I guess she just found it amusing that this sad sack of a guy was so obviously into her.

It's three years later, and while I don't yet have the body of a greek god, I've improved myself by leaps and bounds and am slowly but surely building the life I want. Maybe it's sad, but I motivate myself by thinking of her sometimes. That's the kind of girl I'm gonna have on my arm someday, and screw anyone who says I can't do it.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

thats a great mentality man, it will give you great drive. One thing though, just dont make getting girls your world. Actually improve yourself and then go out and grab your pick. Also it seems like you already set your standards so now its time to go searching

Good for you brotha. A lot of guys were brought to this site because of a girl that they thought was THE girl and they could never get her.

The girl that brought me here a few years ago was a girl that I thought was perfect in every way and I just had to have her. However, I was friendzoned and didn't even know it. Yet I kept on clinging on for another couple years. Finally I realized that enough was enough. We're still good friends to this day, but now she wasn't the perfect girl that I once thought she was. Funny how your perception of someone changes when you yourself change for the better.

It didn't happen immediately. When I moved here in late 2009 I started college and ended up having to drop out for a year because, surprise surprise, I spent the first few semesters chasing subpar tail and getting a 2.0 as a result. Girls could almost smell this on me, too.

I now have a steady job and am going back to finish, but my outlook has completely changed. (It had to -- when you go to school full time as well as work full time, life can't be one big party.) I'm just as happy spending a night in studying as spending a night out taking shots.

I was just thinking of this girl recently, though -- she's still the gold standard that I measure everything up to, and that's where this all began.

yeah same reason why I find this site, you find a girl you like make too many mistakes then you start to search for hints, ideas, or any kind of info to fix it.

only my problem is the girl mkae me find this site still work with me so.... its a pain in the ass.

but let's see possible I will have a date today, trying to move on.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

True. I think most of us here found this site because of a girl.

"Behind every successful man ther is a woman. - Behind every awesome man there is a ***** who broke his heart once."

Why not, I’ll tell my little tale. There have been 3 women that have helped mold me into who I am today, and two of which ultimately led me to this site.

For starters, I stated this in my first thread here about my ex, but I was huge when I was younger due to many factors, namely operations. Coming out of high school I stood 6’6” and was over 425 lbs. Needless to say, my social abilities were not the best, and my interaction with women was terrible. Every “relationship” (and I use that term lightly) ended in some form of BS, and never lasted very long.

After a few years following high school, which I refer to as “The Dark Ages” of my life, I finally met the first girl, who we will call Dee. Dee was cute, funny, and really, REALLY seemed into me…until I saw her hook up with my best friend, who was a natural DJ. He knew I thought she was cool, but not that I fancied her, so I didn’t blame him completely. Something in me snapped then, though. Dee ignited the oil spill that was my hatred for others, which in turn drove me to shed over 200 lbs. over the next 16 months.

After my massive weight loss, I was a new man, but I was driven by anger. I started college and focused on getting my life together, but I wanted revenge on those that had hurt me. I took to lifting weights and learning MMA fighting so I could fight the guys, and went to my best friend (the DJ) for help about the girls. Now that I was looking good, I found that women who scoffed at me before were now all over me, but I soon found that I didn’t even want to touch them. They disgusted me. My friend instead helped me on building my game, which led me to girl #2, who I’ll call Kay.

Kay and I hit it off GREAT. She was the sister of my other friend’s girlfriend, so we had a lot of interaction. Looking back, it wasn’t all that, but from what I had before, it was amazing. We hooked up several times, but never really got physical. Had a chance to plow her on my birthday when she was drunk, but I didn’t (one of the few regrets I have). But even after that, everything was going really, really good.

…until she made up an imaginary boyfriend, got all of her friends and family in on the hoax, and made me look like a fool to everyone. She lied to everyone about me, saying I stalked her out and wouldn’t take no for an answer, stuff like that. My hatred was born again, but fortunately my other friend I mentioned was there. He showed me the way of being a player. I do acting, and so does he. He taught me how to use my acting abilities to my advantage, and boy did I (my improv skills came in handy). I used and abused women for a long time, and while I had a lot of fun, it just never felt right to me. It was around this time I came across the Book of Pook, which helped me immensely, and ultimately led me to meeting girl #3, my most recent ex (we’ll call her Em).

Though we loved each other, things went downhill with Em after a little over a year and she broke up with me. We’ve patched things up and are on friendly terms now, but the romance is gone. Still, immediately following the break up with her, I returned to the Book of Pook for wisdom, which in turn led me here. Ta-da!

Been many crazy twists and turns on my road to Don Juanmanship, but I don’t think I’d change a thing. Loving the adventure.

I did, but then went down a not so good path that I never want to go down again. Basically, I went after the fake, hot, shallow, slutty, crazy girls as the white knight nice guy - only to get burned many times. Dysfunction does not seek after the opposite - except to complain and act crazy. So, I became the same way as them, and ended up attracting these types I wanted - only to realize I hated them even MORE when I was with them. Being unable to attain them made their value go up, and the usual crap mentality we have. But, garbage is garbage.

This process lasted many years - until I finally got out of it for good, and changed everyone I associated with (namely, the type of people), and moved 8 states away. Lolz. I was heavy into the fake / popular / party / club crowd, and was miserable as ****. All the drama, chaos, dysfunction, stupidity, and craziness took a toll, and being a bad guy player just made it worse. It actually just keep the mindset alive.

It's a vicious cycle. Seek out bad people - get burned - become bad - attract bad people. That's all there is to it. Delusion, stereotypes, and bitterness are huge problems that cause this. You see only what you want to - based on what you personally experienced. These girls you seek after are *****es? "All girls are *****es. Might as well become an *******, because they're all *****es, and what they respond to." Nah... Just the type you are going after. Took me a long time to realize this.

For the most part, I just stopped giving a **** about what people thought. That was a big problem, and why I ended up with this crowd - we had the same issues. That's why they're all fake, shallow, rude, bitter, slutty, etc. They're insecure, co-dependant, needing approval, have low self-esteem, no self respect, etc. It's all about being wanted and accepted - by those who DON'T like them. And, who is that? The jerks, players, and bullies.

But then, I learned that there's no reason to seek the approval of others - because most people aren't worth a damn. This type, especially, views their so-called status in all the wrong areas. They believe being hot, shallow, stupid, popular, having swag, acting like a woman, going to jail, getting in trouble,, doing drugs and alcohol, and banging skanks is cool. Vice versa for the girls. Being snobby, stuck up, rude, immature, two-faced, skanky, *****y, demanding, high maintenance, etc.

They're all losers. They're also miserable and insecure; hence, why they are so loud, critical, and opinionated. Many of them are terrified of rejection and being unaccepted. The arrogance and ****y attitudes are just a charade. They're quite weak, insecure, and cowardly. That's why they boast about how awesome they are, and belittle anyone they deem "not cool enough". They need constant superiority over others to feel better about themselves, and to feel like they matter. This is also why they play games, cause drama, and act crazy all of the time. They are also very mean and judgemental; always speaking their mind, criticizing others, giving their shallow, unintelligent opinions, etc. They're miserable, and quite the haters. Dumping their insecurities out on others, and complaining about the same things they are (ie, fake losers).

That's all you get by becoming this type of person, and attracting this kind of crowd. Just a lot of stupid children in adult bodies. These are the fake *****es, drama queens, attention *****s, party sluts, bar *****s, bad girls, prissy, stuck up *****es, blondie ho's... Everyone people on here complain about, look up to, and try to attract. They'll learn, though. Maybe.

So, I actually went in the opposite direction than a lot of guys - after heading down the common path. Now I just don't care about dumb ****, worry or obsess over losers, and associate with real people. No drama, games, immaturity, mixed messages, betrayal, one night stands, bar hopping, jerks, players, fake people, etc. Have no interest in any of that, and don't take the swag losers and clown-looking girls seriously at all. If any of the **** the guys on here complain about was to happen to me - I wouldn't associate with that person anymore. No time for games and crazy, stupid, senseless people. Already eliminated a ton of people from my life - both here, and in the state I used to live in. I can spot losers pretty easily, too, nowadays.

I'm also not afraid of being alone; single, or friendless. Quite enjoying my own company, being at peace, not giving a **** about what everyone else is doing or thinking (of me), not caring if this or that person does or doesn't like me or find me attractive, not caring about having girlfriend, or being accepted, not being outcome dependant, etc. Just doing me, but still associating with others. Certainly not to the extreme it used to be, but having fake friends will change things.

So, not really the same situation for me. Not into the game, being an alpha, attracting tons of women, and blah blah. Already been down that path; too fake and shallow for me. The society and culture down here is quite welcoming to these changes, also. Status isn't big around here; people don't obsess over appearance, or fuss over who's better. Lots of normal, genuine human decency to be had. I love the south.

I feel like an old lady.
