Here's my process which I've followed for 5 years that've got me laid with 130 girls.
1. Dress and look sexy as possible.
2. Drink on the way to the bar, while listening to music that gets you pumped.
3. Get to bar and start opening easy sets (sets that you feel wont reject you if you were to start a conversation with them) to get warmed up. And go from there.
